It's Monday! If you aren't feeling good, is there an attitude/perspective/thought/emotional adjustment you can make to feel a little better?? Whip cream on your coffee? An extra hug from a friend? Snuggles with your pet? A massage? Whatever it is, do that little thing to make that adjustment, and little other adjustments will follow. Step by step, deep breath by deep breath.
